Len Titone MBA, CPA - President and CEO - has over 23 years experience in providing tax services, accounting, and consulting to individuals and small to medium sized business in a variety of industries, including not-for-profit organizations. Prior to establishing his CPA practice Len worked in the corporate environment as the Chief Financial Officer for Methodist Occupational Heath Services, Inc.  Prior to that, he was Director of Operations for Corporate Health Dimensions an outsourced health management firm. His other experience includes Ernst & Young a “Big 4” Accounting firm.

Len earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from State University of New York, Buffalo. He also attended Butler University where he earned his Masters in Business Administration. He is a member of the Indiana Certified Public Accounting Society (INCPA).

Heidi Metzger, MBA-, Director or New Business Development - Her responsibilities include management and administration of new business clients, implementation of start up businesses, filing of corporate documents (Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, Federal and State filings), and WMBE certification.

Heidi has over five years of corporate banking experience. Her experience includes working as the Regional Administrator providing marketing support for community banks in Northern Indiana. Heidi has her undergraduate degree in business from the University of South Carolina and her masters in business from Indiana Wesleyan University. She also enjoys teaching college business classes, volunteering at Riley's children's hospital and is a licensed real estate agent.

Dale Craig, Accountant - has over 13 years of corporate experience in accounting, finance, and auditing.  Dale spent time at an Indianapolis based CPA firm.  His experience included small business tax and financial reporting.  Dale also worked in the finance department of the number one private label manufacturer of tomato products in the United States.  His experience included corporate tax reporting, capital budgeting, fixed asset management, financial reporting, inventory management, product flow analysis and variance analysis.  Dale is currently a CPA candidate.

Dale is a graduate of Ball State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science Business Administration/ Accounting. Dale is currently a CPA candidate.

Lisa Ridenour, CPA - has over 12 years experience in accounting, tax service, and consulting to individuals from small to fortune 500 companies in a variey of industries. Lisa has worked as an accountant for a small business and in a few public accounting firms, ranging from a smaller local firm to a "big four" firm. Her experiences includes fixed asset management, financial reporting, taxation for numerous entity types and for individuals.

Lisa is a graduate of IUPUI where she gained earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She is a member of the Indiana Certified Public Accounting Society (INCPA).
