 Len Titone, M.B.A., C.P.A., President & CEO
Len Titone has over 26 years experience in providing tax services, accounting, and consulting to individuals and small to medium sized business in a variety of industries. Prior to establishing his CPA practice Len worked in the corporate environment as the Chief Financial Officer after serving as Director of Operations and Controller for Methodist Occupational Heath Services, Inc. His previous experience includes serving as the Director of Operations for Corporate Health Dimensions an outsourced health management firm. His other experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant for Ernst & Young a “Big 4” Accounting firm. Len earned his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurship from Butler University and his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from State University of New York, Buffalo.  Dale Craig, Senior Accountant & Project Manager
Dale has over 16 years of experience in accounting, finance, and auditing. Dale’s experience includes both public accounting and corporate management and accounting. His corporate experience includes working in the finance department of the number one private label manufacturer of tomato products in the United States. This experience included corporate tax reporting, capital budgeting, fixed asset management, financial reporting, inventory management, product flow analysis and variance analysis. As a public accountant, Dale prepares taxes and financial reporting for individuals and small business. Dale also oversees a Next Level joint venture with an individual tax preparation service. He is currently a CPA candidate and a graduate of Ball State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Accounting. |
Carolyn Callahan, Director of Operations
Carolyn is former owner and business manager of CSC Financial Services, LLC., a tax preparation and accounting firm. As business owner and manager she has over 25 years experience in the preparation of business and personal income tax returns, specializing in Corporations, Limited Liability Companies and Partnerships. She also prepares payroll and payroll taxes, federal and state tax audits, business planning, financial reporting and is an experienced business consultant. Carolyn is a member of the National Association of Tax Preparers (NATP) and is a candidate for the Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent exam in September.
In her spare time she enjoys the theatre and spending time with her grandchildren.

Tracy Mosson, Accounting Manager
Tracy Graduated from Manchester College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics Education and a Master’s of Art’s degree in Mathematics from Ball State University. Her role consists of managing the tax, payroll and accounting functions for small to medium sized businesses. In addition, she oversees the core business functions of accounts receivable and accounts payable for a variety of clients. As each month is “reconciled”, Tracy submits the reports to the President for financial statement preparation. Tracy also has 14 years of tax return experience in individual, business, not for profit and fiduciary tax returns. Before joining our firm, she managed financials of a local bank and for a newspaper. Tracy has developed a reputation for exceptional accuracy and compliance and superior client service skills. In her spare time she enjoys reading, bicycling and spending time with family and friends. |
 Julie Leach, Office Administrator
Julie is the Office Administrator for both offices of Next Level CPA. Her responsibilities include invoicing clients, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll. In addition to her administrative role she also provides QuickBooks training, monthly bookkeeping and account reconciliation, start-up of corporations and 1040 tax preparation. Julie has been with our firm for 9 years. Prior to working with the company, she worked with preschool children with disabilities. Julie is dedicated to client service, consistently exceeding all client expectations.
When not working, Julie enjoys spending time with her family, attending her children’s sporting events, and maintaining a peaceful and pleasant home environment.

Dena Spell, Office Manager
Dena is the office manager for Next Level's Zionsville office. She provides bookkeeping, payroll and billing services for our clients. Dena previously was a bookkeeper at a local jewelry company and an office manager for a real estate company. She attended the University of Central Florida where she studied psychology and is currently enrolled at IUPUI pursuing an accounting degree. She enjoys time with her two daughters, gardening and biking. |
